Vacancies

The Munster Technological University invites applications from suitably qualified persons for positions which may arise from time to time. The University operates an online recruitment system, all applications must be made via the MTU eRecruitment system.

To review information on current vacancies and/or apply for current vacancies on-line, please click on the 'Current Vacancies' link at the bottom of this web page. Please follow each step in the application process to ensure that you make a full and complete application to the University. There are a number of sections to complete in the on-line process and it is extremely important that you ensure that you have entered and saved the appropriate information in each section of the application process. As you complete each section it is good practice to save it & if you do not complete the application process in one sitting you can login and complete the application process at a later stage.

Failure to complete the application process in full will result in an incomplete application. The University can only review applications which include all of the required information.

To apply for a position you should:

  1. Register and create your user account
  2. Search and/or view current vacancies
  3. Select the Post you want to apply for an click APPLY
  4. Complete the application form in full
  5. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions
  6. Submit your application on line

When you are fully satisfied with all aspects of your application you should tick that you agree with the terms and conditions and click on the submit button. You will then receive the message below.

"Your application has been successfully submitted. You can no longer edit the details for this competition. Click on the search link for further competitions."

If you do not receive this message your application has not been submitted. You should review your application to ensure that:

  1. All sections have been completed;
  2. You have entered three referees;
  3. You have answered all questions in the questionnaire section;
  4. You have ticked the terms and conditions box.

When you have checked all of the above click on the 'submit' button. If you are still experiencing difficulty in using the on-line e-recruitment system you may contact our HR office on 066 7145613 for assistance.
